I tried putting my wife's S7, same model, S/N on the Smart Switch and it worked but i didnt go further. Do you know if there is any problem using another serial number on smart switch?

I mean, i flashed this same FW when i got the Samsung Boot Logo stuck for the first time, but after that i don't know if i updated it some time via OTA.

I can't tell for sure. All that i know is that it was stock. Never rooted of flashed anything that was not stock rom

Nothing. If i press the 4 buttons it does the same thing :/ And with both Kies and Smartswitch i get the "'SM-G930F' does not support support initializing. Please contact our service center" error message

I tried it but when i put the info on Samsung Smart Switch Emergency Firmware Recovery it says that SM-G930F is not compatible
