    When my rep fixed my plan, she removed texting by accident I guess and I saw the same issues. Try logging into your account online and managing your features to add a text plan back, you probably don't have one.

    Premier, ordered Sunday due to website issues, it shows shipped on the main AT&T Order status page (but not under "My Orders" yet.) Does anyone know if AT&T shipments tend to require a signature? I shipped to my home and I'm going to be at work when it's delivered.

    Almost figured out a workaround.. Upgrade to the Samsung Craptivate and pick your voice/data/messaging plans with it, then change your phone to an Atrix preorder. This works up until the shopping cart which won't even fully load once you do this.. haha.

    It seems like something is just hosed for the Atrix on Premier upgrades. If I try to buy a Captivate, everything works fine - I can select a Data plan and get the $100 rebate on it once I do. But for the Atrix, it says no data plans are available and totally breaks =/

    This is working fine for me, but when I try to pick a plan, it says "There are no data plans available" instead of giving me DataPro/etc. options :( so it will never apply the $100 rebate because I can't even pick a dataplan, lulz

    Nah I'm upgrading from an existing Premier line with an iPhone 3g on it (more than 2 yrs old).. it also says there are no Data plans avail when I try to select a voice plan..cute.
