I don't have the device in hand, but it is coming soon, so I apologize if this is an obvious question. Does touchless control work with non-stock apps? For example, will it read a txt to me if I want to use Hangouts for txts?

I believe that if you upgrade before you have paid off the old phone, you give att the old phone, and then continue the payments, starting a new 2 year cycle.

Hey guys, just had a question about the charging behavior with the phone. Does the new Evo act like the OG Evo when charging overnight? The thing where it will charge to 100%, then stay at 100%, but when you unplug it, the percentage drops suddenly because it stops actually giving it any charge...

This also happened to my market after switching to 1.1 rooted. I think it has something to do with the ID of the Nook in the build.prop file, but it's currently labeled as the verizon sholes, so I don't know if changing that would help.

I just ordered that Transcend card, and it should be here tomorrow. I don't have a nook color yet though (waiting on a gift card from the credit card company). I'll run some tests on it though, with my evo and on the pc.

you can dl the fresh rom.zip, open it on your desktop, go to the removed apps folder, pull the fm apk, put in on your sd card, and install it with a file browser from the phone. i did this yesterday and it has been working. i couldn't get the apk to show up with ESfile explorer, but astro worked...

I'm a pretty big noob when it comes to rooting, but my understanding is that a nandroid back up is a complete back up of the current rom, kernal, and settings. So if you ever try to do something like flash another rom or kernal, and something effs up, you can restore nandroid, and get back to...

That happened to me as well. I used the long method to root after the OTA and some apps were saying I wasn't. I loaded a custom rom and had no trouble from there. Just remember to nandroid back up.
