    JTAG LOCK is not set

    happened to my galaxy s7 as well. you need to download 6.1 firmware from sammobile, go to download mode and flash the firmware (BL, AP etc...) using odin. this will change the red message in the top and will let the phone boot. you can upgrade to 7.0 after.
