I have the same problem with both (GNow & SVoice). None of them can wake up my phone. I own a GS5 SM-G900F. Ive tried it with any kind of screen locking (None, swipe, pattern, pin, fingerprint) without any results. When screen is on, even if locked, it works fine (both GN & SV) without touching...
