I just got a quad core 3188 mini pc, and plugged it into my 23" Samsung All In Once touch screen PC (win 8). I changed the source and the android OS came up. However, unfortunately, it doesn't work with this touch screen. Hoping someone can give some ideas on how to make this touchscreen work...
