Thank you this worked in my case.
Samsung support does not work when you buy a device in one conutry and travel to ther. My Gear Fit was bought in Sweden and I live in Bolivia nether Sweden nor Bolivia wanted to help really
I followed all the steps
But after that the gadget kept downloading until it turned off
When I tried to turn on again it was out of battery
So I charge it again and turn on
An it comes into rebooting loop again
