There is an option in Samsung TouchWiz (and default Android) where you can pick your carrier. It's in: Settings -> [Wireless] -> Other settings -> Mobile ... -> Choose carrier (Notice: These are not the exact words as I used a localized version.) But I can't find the same option in One X / HTC...
