The Note 3 I am using has a slight movement in the button as well. It isn't really noticeable or a problem. It functions well, and the movement is hardly noticeable to me, I can live with it without even noticing so no exchange for me.

I was just informed that the HTC One Mini, here in Dubai would cost around 545$ which is nearly 165$ less than the HTC One here, being at 710$. I think it is a great value for the overall package!
