    Can anyone explain my GNex battery issues?

    Maybe try just running an ICS-based ROM for now, and wait until battery life is figured out for JB. I gave up on JB roms, I tried many kernels/roms to no avail, but I installed AOKP milestone 6 and Trinity's latest stable release for 4.0.4 and I'm getting much better battery life.

    You cant put an Evo on Virgin or an Optimus V on Sprint, so the two shouldn't be considered to be the same entity. Virgin Mobile is an MVNO of Sprint.

    sprint and verizon both use CDMA, its not virgin exclusive.
