I have exactly the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4. It "lost" about 10Gb!!! Is there any other way to free them up, except a full wipe? D*mn... Don't wanna backup all and restore. Helium and Kies not helping to save all-all programs data, app's icons in folders on all screens, etc...
