I had this same exact problem when JB first came out and I knew there was a update.The only thing that fixed the problem was a trip to Verizon for a new SIM card, no problems with updates since.

If you can't boot into recovery then you more than likely can't boot into download mode so the option to use ODIN to flash the 4.3 factory image is not a option anyways. If you just took the OTA and it bricked your phone then Verizon should replace it.

If you took the OTA update and it bricked your phone then Verizon should have no other option then to replace your phone. Have you tried a battery pull ?

Not a fan of the new lock screen at all, especially the new text notification. I wish that they would bring the old bubble style seen in 4.0.4 back and be done with it.

Just do as Rick said .... open Play Store > touch the very left hand of screen and scroll it to the right > My Apps > go to ALL > scroll till you locate Swiftkey which should say PURCHASED and reinstall it.

I did get that message last night shortly after updating my wifi signal level was jumping up and down, today it seems to be more stable and haven't seen the message again. Maybe the new rom just needs some time to settle in.
