dropped my phone and the screen is ruined and now has LCD bleeding. i can barely see parts of the screen so i cant do a factory reset, but i want to clean off all my info before i send phone in for a replacement...anyway i can do that via usb data cable? i'm rooted if that matters.

updated this morning following the steps from the main page...now i can't hear out of the ear piece. i can only hear people in speaker mode and i cant figure out how to go back to factory 2.1. Did factory reset and several battery pulls :o

you can have chat rooms, from what ive found you cannot have a chat room with gtalk or share pics like you could with bbm.

so the one thing i'm going to miss for sure is BBM...well i havent seen anyone talk about this app yet, lucid messenger LuciD messenger it says an app is coming very soon for the blackberry...what do u guys think?
