I just got the galaxy player 5.0 and when I make phone calls I know the mic works because I can hear my own voice but the voice does not transmit so the other party cannot hear me. I can hear them clear. What am I missing?

I'm having the same exact issue with 3G. I've been to Verizon 3 times and on the phone with tech support twice. They are sending me a replacement phone. It doesn't matter what I connect to the hotspot. iPod Touch/iPad2/PC/Mac.. doesn't matter.. same result with everything.
