Hi nbosworth, I have the same issue. But when I use Find My Mobile, it doesn't connect to my phone, despite the fact that my wifi is on, and SIM is in the phone. I've contacted Samsung support, but so far, the best they could suggest was to install Kies or SideSync. Any other ideas? Imran .
