Re: Outlook contracts not syncing into the Contacts list Also Microsoft support are "trying to help" by requesting I reset sync etc, I have informed them of the documentation that talks about one way sync, totally fallen on deaf ears.

Really annoying, I noticed this recently after adding new contacts and finding they haven't sync'd across. I thought ok, for the time being I'll manually add them in to the outlook app, so I open up the add, uhmm... you can't add new contacts inside the outlook app... :-\
