    It's not removed. You have to either scroll left to find it, or drag it up into your active toggles. Use the pic from KolorMe as a reference. I thought they'd taken it out also.

    htc one how to stop it from going into a black screen and locking?

    To keep screen from going black. Settings/Display/Smart Screen/Smart Stay That keeps the screen from going black as long as you're looking at it. If it doesn't work immediately just uncheck the box for Smart Stay and then recheck it immediately. Worked for me. Hope it works for you.
