I figured it out , Had "data saver turned on"

Not sure If I need to change something but I noticed that every time a new App has an update available and I chose to do it somehow the Photon will have the download Paused " waiting for Wifi" there is 3G and 4G are enabled ( My area does not get 4G but 3G is plenty available) so is there a way...

It happened to me this morning and had to restart the phone ( Had that issue with the XPRT as well) I checked the Motorolla forum and it appear a patch will be release sometime to fix the problem. It's annoying.

It worked on my Photon I used the Skype called a number over sea's ( I have skype credits and I used them when calling familly cell phone or home number abroad ) and it was working fine and the sound quality was ok. I have not yer spoke with a skype user ( will have to try it )
