    Just figured it out. The reason this did not work for me is because I had set up the menu button to be a "Recently Accessed Apps" button under Device-Accessibility-Vision-Switch Access. You need to disable switch access before this method mentioned by Paeyty works.

    This does not work for me. The menu button has been "mapped" to show all active applications. It does not show menu. And as flgrown82 said, the the 3 dots are not there either! Help!
