I'm looking at getting my first Android device, and can get either a refurbished Galaxy 7.0 Plus for $239, or a new Galaxy 2 7.0 for $249. The Plus has 16G of storage and a 1.2 GHz processor, while the 2 has 8G and a 1.0 GHz. Not sure why they downgraded... The Plus also has a better camera...
