Thanks, that's what I was starting to think also when I couldn't do anything in the recovery mode.

It came up in recovery mode. the power button continued to act like a volume up button, so I wasn't able to select anything. The only thing I could do was scroll through the options or hold power and volume down to reboot.

I have a LG G Pad F2 8.0, I leave my tablet in my bag and use it only a few days a week usually. Last week I pulled it out and it was on and now when I press the power button to shut down or reboot it increases the media volume. Is there a software way to reset this back to it's default? I...
