Fixed it by downgrading to stock ZVD, made sure sms and calls were working, rerooted, and upgraded back to ZVH. Everything working fine again!

Recently I switch between gRom to Your Mom Rom with a ZVH rooted phone. After booting up I stopped getting sms and mms text messages. I also stopped getting phone calls. However I can text from my phone and initiate calls. I reverted to gRom, still not working. Reverted to ZVH Stock nandroid...
