I really think you are wrong on this, GS bought devices from Google and has a contract that allows them to resell them as they see fit. That is why you are not paying shipping, for that matter GS could really charge what ever price they want on it and include what ever warranty they want...

Google report told me that it was his understanding that retailers can not release until after Google's first shipment is out.... That said, if you ordered on the 6th like I did you may not be in the first shipment and they may be in stores before you get it :-( tempted to call support again...

oh he also started that billing of the device (the point that your bank completely clears it) and shipping numbers should happen with in hours of each other and that my device could very well be at the distribution center (He had no way to confirm this) but the week would likely still apply...
