    Echo dot 3rd Edish and Samsung Smart TV

    The TV has to have the Alexa App. If you have Dish, the Hopper has the App and it controls turning TV on, changing channels, pause, resume, fast forward and rewind.

    How often do you change or update your phone?

    I go as long as I can, as long as it does what I need. I have a Samsung Note 3 and love that I can replace the battery. Would have to look hard and long to pick a new phone.

    New Android Auto user - questions

    You need to download WAZE on your phone and add a few favorite places you drive to. Great app for Android Auto. Will not work with I phones as Apple will not allow it. Shame. You you need to keep the phone plugged in.

    My Note 3 is compatable.

    File management apps offered

    I use a dual USB Stick. Micro USB and Std USB so I can transfer files to my PC.
