I need a new phone and I've been between these 2 and the Moto X for a while... I think I would have to say the HTC. The camera may not be as nice, but the nice housing and easier OS are worth it for me.

There are websites around that have them available for shipping to the US if you can't find a dealer. I like to use PandaCheck, cause they also have reviews of the websites and special coupons and stuff, which can really help if you're getting shipped from China.
