At that budget its not worth buying any phone. Perhaps save up until next year. If you do, they'll be horrendously slow and generally will cause more frustration than excitement for your children. Low end tech is usually dumped after several months. Posted via Android Central App

Hey man, grats. I got the same splash screen saying "You've won a Nexus 7" too after submitting my code + address and stuff, but I exited out the tab ;_;. (i know, stupid, ) Did you have to do anything else to redeem the N7 after being brought to that page?
