So, you don't have any other blue tooth device connected to your phone while also connected to the car? Maybe it IS a problem with multiple devices connecting to the phone... :(

I have a 2016 Mazda6 with a Google Pixel XL 7.1.1 Jan update. Bluetooth connects fine, but every week or so, I have to go into the blue tooth settings, clear cache, and re-pair the phone to the car. It is beyond annoying doing this every 5-7 days or so. But, I'm wondering if my problem is...
