Mine was shipped UPS 2 Day Air, supposed to receive by end of business tomorrow and it just updated to departing Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.

Well, we really have no right to be upset until Friday, since that has been the advertised release date all along. As long as it ships tomorrow you should have it on date of release. Everyone getting theirs now is just lucky.

Anyone else that is shipping through UPS not reciving any tracking updates since yesterday evening? Two devices, two separate tracking numbers with no movement since yesterday around 5:30pm.

They are shipping randomly, you wont know until you get a notification from AT&T. Some are FedEx some are UPS.

The fine print is where it indicated you could do the 512 for a maximum of $30.00/ish a month towards the device in credits. Hence the "free" indication, lol.

Yes. Ordered on 8/11. One (1) 512 Purple and One (1) 512 Blue, the blue is the "free" one. The purple has shipped while the blue has not. I would love to know how AT&T prioritizes pre-order shipping, because blue 512's ordered after mine have shipped. Appears as if the paid for devices are...
