I can't get the notes from secure folder on my Note 8 transferred to my Note 20 Ultra. I did a backup on the old phone and the restore on the new phone but the notes are not showing up. Can these notes be transferred with an SD card or through a laptop?

This will be my first unlocked phone on Verizon. I'm hoping for trouble free experience.
