    http://www.sammobile.com/apk/samsung-cloud/ – download 2.2.12, install it and everything will be all right, don't need to wait for an update from Samsung.

    Settings ---> Accounts ---> Samsung Account ---> [click on your email] ---> More (top right) ---> Remove account For cache/data: Settings ---> Applications ---> Application manager ---> More ---> Show system apps and then you can find Samsung account and Samsung Cloud.
