Isn't there a phone setting that will let you be interrupted, or not, during calls? Try there. I'd check for you but my phone is not with me at the moment.

I'm just spit balling here but can you find the .sme file you wish to read [through your computer's directory] and right mouse click the file and choose "open with" Kies? That's what I was trying to suggest in my post. Good luck, that's all I can offer....

It looks to me anyway, that is just a warning label to the end customer. I certainly don't have any barrier between the back of the phone and the phone chassis. Just snap on the back and you're good to go.
