    Thanks to all who helped. Looking in permissions I found it was accessibility that was using the camera. After trial and error found that somehow I has activated switch access. Little face went away after turning it off. Still no idea how it was activated. Thank you again.

    S9 andriod 10. Cant move box. Since it changes from blue face to red face when my finger moves over selfie camera thought it had something to do but cant find any settings that cause that. My only other thought is maybe some kind of virus?

    Blue box with white face on middle top of phone screen. When my finger goes across selfie camera it changes to red face with white line across. Other times it has pause picture. When in camera it turns into red box with exclamation point.
