    Its my backup now, I have a Lumia 830 as the daily driver. I am still curious as to why they didnt correct my camera when they know the issue.

    Thats the response I got, was an escalation. On the plus side, I have a brand new phone which I could probably sell, most people seem to accept the pink tinge and dont think they can do anything about it.

    I hope so. I will talk to HTC chat today and get the story. I also noticed this phone is stuck on 4.1.2, and I cannot get it to update any further (used the regular AT&T UPDATE, software update, even clearing the Google Framework data several times to no avail....:/

    This thread gave me hope, so I contacted HTC support online, told them about the pink/purple tint, and they didn't argue. My M7 was out of warranty, and had a small crack in the side cover by the volume keys. They paid for the shipping, and I just got a phone back today. I didn't get my phone...
