Gmail not showing entire text of e-mail messages

Let me clarify...I can see all of the text of every message in the thread if I click on the tab for each one at the top of the screen. However, whichever message is open, it shows all of the text of that particular message, but just the first few characters of the previous one. Is this by...

Gmail not showing entire text of e-mail messages

When an e-mail message has been forwarded or replied to, I cannot see all of the text of any of the older messages in that thread, only the first few characters of it. I can see everything in the newest message of the thread. Has anyone else had this problem? I didn't find anything in a forum...

    Battery losing nearly 50% overnight

That is what I expect, too. That's been the case for every phone I've ever owned, smartphone or otherwise. I think a factory reset would be a good idea at this point. It's a minor pain, but it'd be worth it to find out what effect it would have.

    Battery losing nearly 50% overnight

Also, I have the Seido 1750 mAh battery. So far, I am rather unimpressed with it. I don't notice any increase in battery life, even after bump charging.

Would you ditch your Incredible for an Evo?

Yes, it does enter EPST mode. If you want to make changes, click on "Edit mode", then enter 000000 for the password. This is something that Verizon walked me through, so there's nothing illegal or contract-voiding by simply going into this mode. If you make changes that differ from Verizon...

    Battery losing nearly 50% overnight

I have a taskkiller, but it doesn't run automatically. I call it up manually and the last process I kill is the taskkiller itself.

    Battery losing nearly 50% overnight

I do it to test how long the battery will last. Since I'm at home all day anyway, even if it's dead when I wake up, I know that I can plug it in right away and afford to sit around while it charges.

Would you ditch your Incredible for an Evo?

I'm sure there is a way to do it. I don't know what it is, but I did re-program my old Samsung A900, a Sprint phone, to work on Verizon. Among other things, I made the ESN the same on it as it was on my Verizon Razr phone. The funny thing was that when someone would call me, both phones would...

    Battery losing nearly 50% overnight

@mclarryjr - Thanks for the suggestion. I will try out that app. @Blah - Sorry, I should have mentioned that. I work from home, so I am at my apartment all day and all night. I've heard that leaving wifi on actually helps battery life so the phone is not constantly searching for the 3G signal...

    Battery losing nearly 50% overnight

First, I apologize if this has been addressed elsewhere, but I was unable to find a post that addresses this specific issue. When I go to bed, my battery is at about 95%. Bluetooth is off, wifi is on. When I wake up about 7-8 hours later, the battery is at about 45%. I find this to be strange...

    Market problems after factory reset

Have you been experiencing any other issues since the factory reset, such as data connection and phone call issues? I had those issues after I did a factory reset and I had to call Verizon. They fixed it by walking me through changing some of the EPST settings via ##778.

Would you ditch your Incredible for an Evo?

Sprint is just an option that is completely off the table for me. If Sprint had the EVO and the best phone that Verizon had was a Motorola Razr, I'd stick with Verizon.

Would you ditch your Incredible for an Evo?

If the EVO was offered on Verizon, I would definitely trade my Dinc for one. The larger screen, HDMI port, and most importantly, the front-facing camera, are what make the EVO a better phone for me as a device.
