You pretty much spent more time complaining about apple than answering the question. So in short, it wont charge on apple computers? Then why wont the note 3 charge on my friends PC w usb 3.0? Or any computer for that matter?

Ive tried other computers, ive been using a USB 3.0 and both computers have installed the phone before charging and still nothing :(

I just got my note 3 and im having the same issues. Charging fine via wall charger but ridiculously slow via macbook pro. If im using the note 3 while its connected to my macbook, it actually loses battery. Anyone have a solution to this?
