Hi I tried that also. I also downloaded Handcent sms and still getting the same issue. I may just stop at an att store and get a new sim.

I am not sure if it is a CM issue or not .... I may just stop at an AT&T store tomorrow and ask for a new SIM and ask them to make sure it is a LTE sim. When I was running speed tests, I was getting anywhere from 10mbps to 15 mpbs down .... Thanks guys.
