Are there compatible apps we could use with the cover feature or are we stuck with the 7? The flip cover mode is really nice and I wish we could use Messenger or Viber with it.

update: i have heavily tested the non-power saving mode for about a week now and it seems the battery lasts the same. I'm disabling it from now on.

Do you guys use the powersaving mode and what are your settings? Mine is currently limiting cpu and screen. It does lag a little when switching apps. How long does the battery last if I dont turn it on?

There is a 600+ mb worth of update (Kitkat 4.4) for those in the Asian region (I'm not sure which countries are included though). This is our first update since this device was released. Yay finally, better late than never :)

I love this feature! I annotate articles from web pages this way. Such a life saver. To answer OP's question, press the power and home buttons at the same time.

I am using Invisible Shield, no problems even with SPen comimg from a frequent SPen user. From experience, dusts accumulate quickly without screen protector. Also got an extended warranty upon purchase

Not a full proof solution but try using a different launcher.
