How does the maximum brightness compare to the HTC One?

Did you purchase the Exynos Octa or the Qualcomm quad core International version?

I believe some of the International versions of the Galaxy S4 are assembled in Vietnam.

I doubt it; there's no punctuation and lack of capitalization. Too much work for too little gain.

Idontcarewhereitsmade is not a country that makes Samsung products, at least not one that I've ever heard of. Do they speak English in Idontcarewhereitsmade?

Now that the Galaxy S 4 is available on all of the four big carriers: The location of assembly is printed on the bottom of the box, the back of the box, on the battery, and on the back of the phone (without battery). On the battery, will say "Made in Korea, Assembled in ____" or "Made in Japan...

Never mind, the battery is made in Korea, the cell still says assembled in China (parts are apparently from Japan).

If you pull out the battery, it should state the country of assembly on there. Youngbo is a chemical company in Korea, though.
