Ok. I thought about doing all of that. Figured it was about time... I won't lose pics will i? Cause I need to back it up..I guess... wish I could get a galaxy wizard to fix my phone up lol. Do all the debloating stuff and check things on it.. I just don't have time to learn everything and fix...

Learned words are gone and won't add.. won't learn from my messages or apps. I get a 'keyboard has stopped ' message when I go into the predictive text settings... so annoyed. I've had every galaxy, this one has had so many issues.... dealing with this phone for about a year... lol. Anyway...
