Sent out my htc one today for repair how long dose it normally take? and i forgot to put my proof of purchase in dose that really matter as well?

it dont thinks its the screen even the led light does not work when you plug it in on charge

Tried all them pal, but when i do plug it in to a computer it makes the sound that a device is connected

stock running android 4.2.2 just left the phone alone had avg pro on it as well

My htc one crashed while i was on it so i did a hard power down and then i tried to turn the phone back on and nothing happend with the phone i plugged it in to a charger and nothing not even the led light would come on! only had it 2 months do not expect this with a phone. come someone please...
