My first Galaxy device was a 10.1v 3G tablet from early 2008, which was a Vodafone limited edition model only sold in a few markets. My next is the Galaxy 10.1 4G Note 2014 model, which I bought in January. Never used a Galaxy phone, as I have an iphone from work.

By LTE, is that the same as 4G in other markets?

That will have been interference from others sharing that channel. It's quite common in densely populated areas, high rise buildings etc. Some routers seem to handle it better than others, but at least you have a workable solution.

I wish somehow it could be set by the device! The exact same issue with a mobile view being presented with some sites used to happen with my previous tablet, a Galaxy 10.1v. Oh well, you get used to it depending upon the site and browser you are using.

OK, I managed to get my Gmail icon on the home screen, but this is what I had to do. Tap Menu -> Edit. Then long press the Google drawer icon and drag it to another screen. With the Google drawer now being on the other screen, single tap it to open it up and display the 11 icons. Then long...

Hey guys, Is there a way to place a Gmail icon on my home page, rather than opening the drawer and clicking it from there? ie 1 click versus 2? (First world problem, for sure!!!! :D )
