I've had this issue intermittently for a couple weeks now and this is the first thread I've come across to have the same issue. I've turned on/off: "Flip to Sshh", vibrate, DND, etc. And I've force stopped and cleared the cache as well. If I find a solution I'll make sure to come back to post...
