It was already installed, website says its a " Google certified " (if that means anything) Current version is 4.0.27

Headphone jack works. After factory reset google apps still dont work. I can deal with the speaker thing, but every couple seconds or so pop up say "unfortunately google play has stopped working" even when I dont try to open it.
