Newbie here. I own a Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus. It was working perfectly. I did a factory reset. It's stuck on UI 1.0 and Android 9. It has a problem that causes it to restart when the screen times out. Hoping an update will resolve this. Is it possible to update to UI 2.0 and Android 10? Software...
