i typed in fastboot update rom.zip in my android folder (contains: adb.exe, fastboot.exe, adbwinapi.dll, adbwinusbapi.dll) and it gave me the error "archive does not contain 'android-info.txt" and archive does not contain 'android-product.txt'

the problem is that i can access the SD card on my phone. when i plug it in to my computer, i can't copy the zip file onto the device. when i try to reload boot loader, it says that no OS is installed. if i buy an otg connecter, will this help?

I have the HTC One international version (CID: HTC_622) with clockworkmod recovery v6.0.3.1 on the ROM trickdroid. Everything works fine as far as the ROM goes but when i try flashing the recovery in ROM manager, it gives me the error "an error occurred while flashing your recovery" after it...
