So I have to install that update for the Kit Kat update to show up?

Would the fact that I'm still hitting "Install Later" for the 98.18.94 update keep Kit Kat from showing up? I can't find it. May not matter since my M is rooted and bootloader unlocked or that's what I gather from the comments.

It even says it at the beginning of ringtones(music and such) that I've downloaded myself. Figured out the roaming/lost signal notification thing but maybe I'm missing the answer to this. Or is the a Verizon thing? Thanks Edit: It says "Verizon Wireless" at the beginning and in the...
