Ordered a black 128XL from Verizon on 10/22 and was just provided a shipping label from Fedex. XL will arrive 12/13.

Just went on the Verizon site and entered my original orders (1 for the phone and 1 for the shipping box to return my trade-in). Neither order numbers were found although I have already received the shipping box. I then entered my pre-order number this is what came back: Order placed...

Installed the update yesterday and phone kept re-booting. Had to do a complete factory reset and now everything seems to be working fine, but I now have to re-load all of my apps.

Especially if you're on Verizon.

Love the volume buttons on the back, but hate the power button in the middle. Difficult to turn the phone off without hitting a volume button first.
