I used to have this problem on my S3 (Verizon). What I noticed is that I flashed my router with DD-WRT which didnt support my ISP (Comcast) using 802.11N so I had to switch to 802.11G as my wifi band. Once on the 802.11G Band I could not connect to WiFi while my bluetooth radio was enabled...
