No, it doesn't. :( I'm devastated and extremely irate with Verizon personnel right now.

Long story short, the person at the Verizon store had to backup and factory reset my phone. I lost all my Quick Memos. She did not inform me that they wouldn't be backed up. Is there a way to recover them????? Praying!!!

LG G4 - Play Store opens automatically About 90% of the time, when I go to my Texting App or WhatsApp, the Play Store opens automatically. I have cleared the cache repeatedly, turn phone off, back on.... still keeps happening.

Under the Security settings on my LG G4, there is a section called App Usage Access. What is this? There are 6 apps listed there. 5 of which are "on".

Yes, I understand how to clear the partition. I did that. But I still keep getting the message about installing 5.0. I don't want to install the update and I want the message to go away. And I don't want, or know anything about, rooting my phone.
