I just got the phone last month so it will be quite awhile before an upgrade comes along and I'm not sure about a warranty. Will rubbing alcohol further damage the charging port? Thank you.

I accidentally dropped my S4 into a bowl of soup yesterday. My phone was sitting on the arm of the chair beside me and without paying attention to what I was doing I knocked it off abd into my bowl. I saw it as it fell so I was able to pull it out quickly. It only got wet on the very bottom...
